Reopening DC Information Session

The Reopening DC Information Session will detail the substantive restrictions and requirements being lifted effective 5:00 a.m. on May 21, 2021 per Mayor’s Order 2021-069 and ABC Board emergency rulemaking.

Additionally, ABRA will highlight which activities, such as pub crawls and extended hours, that were temporarily suspended during the public health emergency that may resume.

Steps to Getting an Alcohol License is a learning burst session (30-minutes or less) focused on helping entrepreneurs better understand the alcohol licensure application and issuance processes, selecting the appropriate form for your business, distinction between annual fees and renewal payments, timelines, and how to best leverage the expertise of ABRA’s in-house licensing specialists.

The Modified Measures in Phase Two of Washington, DC Reopening Information Session will delve into key provisions included in Mayor’s Order 2021-060 and related ABC Board emergency rulemaking impacting alcohol establishments. The Mayor’s Order and emergency rulemaking takes effect Saturday, May 1, 2021

Rodent Abatement Information Session

The Rodent Abatement Information Session, co-hosted by the District’s Department of Health, will introduce alcohol license holders to best practices, statutory requirements, and District Government resources for rodent prevention on-premises (indoor and outdoor) and the areas surrounding their establishment.

Caterer Semiannual Statement Filing Information Session

Alcohol licensed caterers are required to file statement twice a year detailing food and alcohol sales and expenditures for the previous six months, regardless if either amount totals zero.

This training will briefly highlight the relevant laws and regulations and walk through participants through each step of the online filing process. A question and answer period will be held at the end of the session.

Medical Cannabis Facility Letter of Intent Open Period Information Session

On March 3, 2021, the ABC Board announced the open period for submission of Letter of Intent Forms to submit for available medical cannabis facility registrations in the District. The open period begins at 9 a.m. on March 22 and closes at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 21, 2021.
