Any business not listed below is not licensed in the District of Columbia to sell or deliver cannabis or cannabis products to registered patients or their caregivers for any purpose.

Licensed Retailers

A medical cannabis Retailer may operate, sell, and deliver medical cannabis and medical cannabis products daily between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
