The Alcoholic Beverage and Cannabis Administration anticipates several Class A Retail (Liquor) Store licenses becoming available next month with the exact number being announced via email on Monday, June 10.

Applications for an initial license or a class change will be accepted starting at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, June 24. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and may be submitted in person or via email.

Early and incomplete applications will be rejected. Incompleteness includes failure to complete all required fields or include entity documents, and Letter of Intent to Lease or valid lease.
