ABRA Orientation Training for ANC Commissioners

ANC Commissioners are invited to attend ABRA orientation training from 10 am-Noon on Thursday, February 5. Training will cover:

  • Alcoholic Beverage Control Board hearing processes and procedures
  • District ABC laws and regulations (including recent changes to the law)
  • Protest matters
  • ANC resolutions
  • Settlement Agreements
  • Processes for filing complaints
