The Alcoholic Beverage Control Board (Board) will hold a hearing to receive public comment on its proposed rules to amend Section 718.2 of Title 23 of the DC Municipal Regulations, regarding the Metropolitan Police Department Reimbursable Detail Subsidy Program. Specifically, the days of the week covered by the program will increase from the current Friday and Saturday nights to seven nights a week.
