Patient and Caregiver Registrations Valid for Two Years

As of March 2, new medical cannabis patient/caregiver registrations will be valid for two years. Applications received by March 1 will be valid for six years.

Public Hearing - Reimbursable Detail Subsidy Program

The Alcoholic Beverage Control Board (Board) will hold a hearing to receive public comment on its proposal to amend Section 718.2 of Title 23 of the DC Municipal Regulations regarding the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) Reimbursable Detail Subsidy Program.
