Patient and Caregiver Registrations Valid for Two Years

As of March 2, new medical cannabis patient/caregiver registrations will be valid for two years. Applications received by March 1 will be valid for six years.

ABC Board Seeking Written Comment on Proposed Rulemaking - Technical Amendment

The Alcoholic Beverage Control Board (Board) is accepting written comment through Monday, November 13, 2017 on its proposed rulemaking that would make changes to several chapters of Title 23 of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations. Affected chapters include 1-3, 5, 7-10, 12, 13 and 15-17. Complete details are available in the Board’s Notice of Proposed Rulemaking - Technical Amendment.
