• Visible License: Physical retailers must display their paper ABCA license clearly on-premises, and internet retailers must prominently feature their license on their website homepage.
   
• Mandatory ID Checks: Retail staff must request both your valid patient registration credential and a government-issued photo ID before allowing a transaction.
   
• No Unaccompanied Minors Allowed: Individuals under the age of 18 are prohibited from entering physical retail locations unless accompanied by a caregiver with a patient registration. 
   
• Safe Product Packaging: Product labels and marketing designs are heavily regulated and cannot use graphics, cartoons, or branding that appeals to minors.
