A summer garden or sidewalk café endorsement allows a restaurant, tavern, multipurpose facility, hotel, nightclub, and manufacturer to sell, serve, and allow the consumption of alcoholic beverages on outdoor space.

The following is a list of District ABC licensees approved to extend hours for the 2018 Labor Day holiday weekend. Licensees registered for the program may participate in extended hours from Friday evening, August 31, through Monday morning, September 3. Alcohol service must end by 4 a.m.
