License endorsements extend additional operating permissions to Retailers. Endorsements are not available to other medical cannabis business types.
Applicants may request any combination of endorsements in their initial Retailer Application or at any time after license issuance by submitting a Retailer Endorsement Application. Endorsements are valid for the duration of the associated license.

| Safe-Use Treatment Facility |
Permits the on-premises consumption of medical cannabis and medical cannabis products purchased on-site at the retailer within designated areas. |
| Summer Garden | Permits the sale, service, and on-premises consumption of medical cannabis and medical cannabis products within a private outdoor space. |
