Overview

Allows alcohol establishments to install and operate up to five (5) games of skill machines on their licensed premises.

On-Premises Retailer License holders

To Apply

Currently alcohol establishments must only secure a Games of Skill Endorsement from ABCA.

Effective April 1, 2021, all establishments, including those with an active Games of Skill Endorsement, must also secure a Game of Skill Retailer License from the Office of Lottery and Gaming (OLG)

Requests for a Games of Skill Endorsement can be included in an applicant’s initial ABC License application (new license) in an Approval of Substantial Change Application (existing license).

Board Orders and Settlement Agreement terms apply and may affect eligibility.

Valid Period and Fees

Endorsements are valid for the entire alcohol licensure period. An annual fee applies. See Fee and Renewal Schedule.
