Overview
Allows alcohol licensed establishments to sell, serve, and permit the consumption of alcohol between 6:00 a.m.- 4:00 a.m. and operate 24 hours daily during the following special events:
- Dine All Night | September 19 - September 29
- Art All Night | September 27 - September 28
Eligibility
On-Premises Retailers and Manufacturers with an On-Site Sales and Consumption Permit, including Temporary Licenses, are eligible.
Settlement Agreements and Board Orders apply and may affect eligibility.
Registration in ABCA’s Extended Holiday Hours Program and previous special event application approvals do not extend to the aforementioned special events.
Valid Period and Fees
Extended hours start the evening of the first day of the registered event and end at 4:00 a.m. on the last day of the event.
A fee of $100 covers the entire applicable licensure period. ABCA will provide a payment link upon receipt of your application to pay online by credit card.

Of Note
ABCA will issue a permit that must be displayed next to your alcohol license during the period of extended hours.
A roster of approved establishments will be published on ABCA’s website and provided to the Metropolitan Police Department and ABCA Enforcement Division.
