The alcohol notice references: 

This rulemaking addresses amendments to Chapter 5 (Qualifying Patents) and Chapter 7 (Registration Cards) of Subtitle C (Medical Marijuana) of Title 22 (Health) of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations. 

On July 17, 2025, the Board voted five (5) to zero (0) to adopt the proposed final rulemaking for submission to the DC Council.
