This rulemaking addresses amendments to Chapter 5 (Qualifying Patents) and Chapter 7 (Registration Cards) of Subtitle C (Medical Marijuana) of Title 22 (Health) of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations. 

On July 16, 2025, the ABC Board voted 5 to 0 to adopt the emergency and proposed rules, which will expire on November 13, 2025, unless superceded.
