A nightclub is required to file a security plan with the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board (Board). The Board, in its discretion, may also require a restaurant, tavern or multipurpose facility to file a security plan.

Complete the form below to apply for a trade name change to an ABC license.

Forms can be submitted by mail, email, or ABCA's self-service kiosk located in ABCA's lobby:

*Notarization is not currently required. Applications will be processed multiple times a week. Temporary licenses will be emailed and full licenses will be mailed to the applicant's address.

Physical registration and replacement cards are subject to a $10 fee.
