Complete and return a protest information form required for protest proceedings. The protest information form is not accepted in lieu of a protest petition. The protest information form must be submitted one week prior to a protest hearing. If it is not provided one week prior to the hearing, the evidence may be excluded from the record or your party may be subject to dismissal by the Alcoholic Beverage and Cannabis Board.
