ANC Commissioners are invited to attend ABRA orientation training from 10 am-Noon on Thursday, February 5. Training will cover:
- Alcoholic Beverage Control Board hearing processes and procedures
- District ABC laws and regulations (including recent changes to the law)
- Protest matters
- ANC resolutions
- Settlement Agreements
- Processes for filing complaints
