The Alcoholic Beverage Control Board (Board) is accepting written comment through Monday, November 13, 2017 on its proposed rulemaking that would make changes to several chapters of Title 23 of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations. Affected chapters include 1-3, 5, 7-10, 12, 13 and 15-17. Complete details are available in the Board’s Notice of Proposed Rulemaking - Technical Amendment.

Members of the public can submit written comments to ABRA General Counsel Martha Jenkins no later than 5 pm on Monday, November 13, 2017 by:
