Extended Hours - Art All Night

 

Overview 

Allows select alcohol licensed establishments to sell, serve, and permit the consumption of alcohol between 6:00 a.m.- 4:00 a.m. and operate 24-hours during the 2025 Art All Night festival taking place the evenings of Friday, September 12 and Saturday, September 13, 2025. 

Eligibility 

On-Premises Retailers, Manufacturers with an On-Site Sales and Consumption Permit, and Temporary License holders are eligible to register.

 Settlement Agreements and Board Orders apply and may affect eligibility. 
Annual approval is required to extend alcohol sale, service, and consumption hours during Art All Night events.

Registration in the Extended Holiday Hours Program and/or previous year’s Dine All Night/Art All Night events does not automatically extend to the 2025 Art All Night events.

Valid Period and Fees

Extended hours are permitted starting the evening of September 12 and ending at 4:00 a.m. on Sunday, September 14.  Alcohol may not be sold, served, or consumed on-premises between 4:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.

Extended hours do not apply to the 2025 Dine All Night event.

The registration fee is $100. ABCA will email an online payment link upon acceptance of your registration form.

Registrants must submit an Art All Night Extended Hours Registration Form to [email protected] by 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 9, 2025.

If you are interested in newly offering or modifying the permitted hours or location of entertainment such as live music, poetry, or drag performances, you must submit a Substantial Change Application separately. 

ABC Board approval is not required.  

Of Note

License holders approved to extend hours must display the event specific permit next to their alcohol license during the entire period.

A roster of registered establishments will be published online and provided to the Metropolitan Police Department and ABCA’s Enforcement Division.
