On May 24, 2023, the ABC Board adopted the Adams Morgan Moratorium Zone Notice of Second Emergency Rulemaking, by a vote of five (5) to zero (0), and it became effective on that date. These emergency rules will remain in effect for no longer than 120 days, expiring September 21, 2023, unless superseded.
