The proposed rules were approved by the ABC Board on March 29, 2023, by a vote of five (5) to zero (0). The Board intends to take final rulemaking action to adopt these rules on a permanent basis in not fewer than thirty (30) days after the date of publication of this notice in the D.C. Register. Further, the Board will transmit the proposed rulemaking to the Council of the District of Columbia for a ninety (90)-day period of review, whereby Council approval of the rulemaking is required prior to adoption.
