The Alcoholic Beverage and Cannabis Board (Board) hereby gives notice of the availability of cultivation center and manufacturer licenses to existing retailers, licensed as of March 22, 2023. The Board also gives notice of the availability of retailer licenses to existing cultivation centers, licensed as of March 22, 2023.

The first day for an existing licensed cultivation center to apply for a retailer license or for an existing licensed retailer to apply for a cultivation center license and a manufacturer license with the Board shall be 9:00 a.m. EST on Monday, May 1, 2023. The last day for an existing licensed cultivation center to apply for a retailer license or for an existing licensed retailer to apply for a cultivation center license and a manufacturer license with the Board is 4 p.m., on Wednesday, May 1, 2024.
