The Alcoholic Beverage Control Board (Board) previously announced an open application period for a total of two (2) new medical cannabis testing laboratory registrations beginning on January 9, 2023, by written notice published in the D.C. Register at 69 DCR 128491 (December 23, 2022). The published written notice noted that the Board would announce the last day to file testing laboratory registration applications in a future written notice published in the D.C. Register.

The Board hereby gives notice that the open application period for a total of two (2) new medical cannabis testing laboratory registrations, which may be located in any Ward, will end at 4 p.m. on Friday, March 24, 2023.
