DC residents and non-residents who want to register in the District''s medical cannabis program as a caregiver must submit a Medical Cannabis Caregiver Application.

Patients younger than 18 years of age are required to have a caregiver affiliated with their registration. Patients between the ages 18-20 have to have a doctor's recommendation but are not required to have a caregiver.
