On March 25, 2026, the Board adopted this Glover Park Moratorium Zone Notice of Emergency Rulemaking, by a vote of 5 to 0, and it became effective on that date. These emergency rules will remain in effect for no longer than 120 days, and shall expire on July 23, 2026, unless superseded.
