Overview

Permits the sale, service, and consumption of alcohol for a public sports, tourism, or cultural event lasting between five (5) and 15 days at a specific event location.

There are two classes of Festival License:

• Class H: Permits the sale and service of beer and wine.
• Class I: Permits the sale and service of spirits, beer and wine.

Eligibility

Limit of one festival license per organizer every three (3) months.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

To Apply

Applicants must submit a Festival License Application. Applications are subject to ABC Board approval.

The fee for a Class H License is $1,000, and the fee for a Class G License is $2,000.

Valid Period and Fees

Licenses are valid between five (5) and 15 days subject to approval.
