The ABC Board adopted the Adams Morgan Moratorium Zone Seventh Notice of Emergency Rulemaking on December 11, 2024, by a vote of five (5) to zero (0). This action was necessary to allow the emergency rulemaking to remain in effect while the Council reviews the proposed rulemaking.  The emergency rules will remain in effect for one hundred twenty (120) days, expiring on April 10, 2025, unless superseded by final rulemaking.
