DC law (§ 25-712) requires all ABC licensees, except wholesaler license holders whose establishments are not open to the public, to post warning signage regarding dangers of alcohol consumption in a conspicuous place onsite.

Laminated warning signage in English are available at no cost to the public and may be picked up from ABCA’s office during normal business hours without an appointment. Warning signage in Amharic, Chinese, French, Korean, Spanish, and Vietnamese are available for download.
