The ABC Board adopted the ABCA Civil Penalty Schedule Notice of Final Rulemaking by a vote of three (3) to zero (0) on January 24, 2024. The final rules take effect five (5) days after publication in the D.C. Register.

These final rules update the Schedule by:

1. incorporating new infractions and penalties
2. repealing obsolete infractions; and
3. amending the descriptions of existing infractions.
