On Wednesday, June 7, the Alcoholic Beverage and Cannabis Board (Board)held a virtual hearing on the Medical Cannabis Notice of Emergency and Proposed Rulemaking. The emergency and proposed rulemaking amends Subtitle C of Title 22 of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations to implement the Medical Cannabis Amendment Act of 2022, effective March 22, 2023.
