On January 25, 2023, the ABC Board adopted the Notice of Eighth Emergency and Proposed Rulemaking by a vote of six (6) to zero (0). These emergency rules shall supersede the Medical Marijuana Notice of Seventh Emergency Rulemaking. The Board intends to adopt the rules in no less than 30 business days from the date of publication in the DC Register. The DC Council will approve or disapprove the proposed rules after an additional 30 day review period.
