The first third-party alcohol delivery report is due by January 30, 2024.
Third-Party Alcohol Delivery licensees are required to submit a delivery report detailing the previous six (6) months of activity semiannually.
For each delivery, the licensee must report the:
- Date of the delivery.
- Total number of alcoholic beverages included in the delivery.
- Trade name, street address, and alcohol license number of the business the purchase was made and delivered on behalf of.
Filings will be due on January 30 and July 30 annually. The first filing deadline is Tuesday, January 30, 2024.
Due dates falling on weekends or District Government or federal holidays carry over to the next business day.
Late and non-filers may be subject to fines and/or license suspension or revocation.
