Overview
Wine pub permit holders are required to submit a production report detailing the previous 12-month (calendar year) activity annually.
Filers must report the:

Type(s) of wine produced or made reasonable efforts to produce on the licensed premises the previous calendar year.

Name(s) and title(s) of the vintner(s), or other person(s), who produced or made reasonable efforts to produce the wine.
Deadline
Filings are due on January 15 annually.
Due dates falling on weekends or District Government or federal holidays carry over to the next business day.
Late and non-filers may be subject to fines and/or license suspension or revocation.
Submission Instructions
Submissions must be on business letterhead, signed by the licensee, and emailed as a PDF attachment to [email protected].
Filers should include their alcohol license number and current business contact information (trade name, street address, phone number, and email) if not included in their letterhead.
