The ABC Board adopted the Notice of Fourth Emergency Rulemaking on Registration Fees by a vote five (5) to zero (0). These emergency rules shall remain in effect for one hundred twenty (120) days, expiring on December 8, 2022, unless superseded. These emergency rules shall supersede The Medical Marijuana Patient Registration Fees Notice of Third Emergency Rulemaking.
