The following items are required to process a Medical Cannabis Employee Application:

• A "headshot" style photo for the license
• An unexpired government-issued photo identification
• Training certificate (Managers only)
• Background Check (Owners/Agents)

Email the completed package to [email protected] or hand-deliver to 899 North Capitol Street, NE, Suite 4200-A. Once processed, a payment link will be emailed to the applicant if not submitted with the application. The license will be issued via email.
