The  Dupont Circle Citizens Association (DCCA) requested an extension on alcohol licensing restrictions in the East Dupont Circle Moratorium Zone (Section 306 of DCMR 23) for an additional three to five years. The Alcoholic Beverage Control Board will hold a hearing at 11:30 am on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 to receive public comment on the proposal. Complete details of the proposal are provided below.
