Indoor Dining May Resume January 22 at 5:00 a.m.

Twenty-five percent capacity maximum, service hour modifications remain in effect

Effective Friday, January 22 at 5 am, alcohol establishments may resume indoor dining with capacity limited to 25 percent of the lowest number included on their Certificate of Occupancy.

Previously announced Phase Two modifications remain in effect including:

  • On-premises alcohol sales and consumption is restricted to 6 am - 10 pm, daily. Previously permitted hours were 6 am - 12 am, daily. Establishments may remain open for on-premises food sales and consumption, if licensed, for two (2) additional hours until 12 am, daily.
  • Alcohol carry-out and delivery is valid from 6 am - 12 am, daily. Registration with ABRA is required. Previously permitted hours were 6 am - 1 am, daily.

All alcohol establishments are required to adhere to all Phase Two guidelines. Failure to comply may result in monetary citations and/or license suspension or revocation in accordance with the Phase Two citation schedule.
