On December 14, 2022, the ABC Board adopted the Notice of Seventh Emergency and Proposed Rulemaking by a vote of six (6) to zero (0). These emergency rules shall supersede the Medical Marijuana Notice of Sixth Emergency Rulemaking and will remain in effect until April 13, 2023.
