The Council recently adopted emergency and temporary legislation designed to clarify a 50-point preference that applies to application for licensure as a medical marijuana dispensary, cultivation center, or testing laboratory. This emergency and temporary legislation may be applied to applicants that previously submitted a letter of intent but have not undergone the full application process (pending applications).
