On July 15, 2026, the ABC Board adopted the Glover Park Moratorium Zone Notice of Second Emergency Rulemaking, by a vote of 6 to 0, and it became effective on that date. These emergency rules will remain in effect for no longer than 120 days, and shall expire on November 12, 2026, unless superseded.
