The Glover Park Moratorium Zone was most recently renewed for three years in 2023 and expires on March 31, 2026.

The Board adopted the proposed rulemaking, by a vote of 5 to 0 on January 28, 2026, and intends to issue a final rulemaking action in 30 days after publication of this notice in the District of Columbia Register and transmission to the DC Council.

The Board will not adopt the rules as final prior to the expiration of the Council's 90-day review period, unless earlier approved by Council resolution.
