On June 4, 2025, the Board voted to renew the Gateway/Langdon Park Moratorium Zone by a vote of five (5) to zero (0). The Board notes that the rulemaking will remain in effect for one hundred and twenty (120) days, expiring Wednesday, October 1, 2025, unless earlier amended or superseded by a final rulemaking.
