Class A retailer's licensees can apply to ABRA to sell and deliver alcoholic beverages between 7 am and midnight on Sundays.
In order to apply for Sunday hours, class A licensees must file a Change of Hours application with ABRA. There is no fee to apply. Forms may be returned to ABRA in person or by mail:

- The licensee does not have a settlement agreement that restricts operating or selling alcoholic beverages on Sundays.
Class A retailer licensees are not required to sell or deliver alcoholic beverages on Sundays.
