On February 1, 2023, the ABC Board adopted the Glover Park Moratorium Zone Notice of Fourth Emergency Rulemaking, by a vote of six (6) to zero (0).  Approved by the DC Council on February 8, 2023, and the emergency and proposed rules were deemed approved as of that date. The rules were approved and adopted by the ABC Board on February 15, 2023.
