On June 4, 2025, the Board, by a vote of five (5) to zero (0), adopted this Fourth Emergency Rulemaking on an emergency basis. These emergency rules will remain in effect for one-hundred and twenty (120) days of the Board vote, and shall expire on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, unless superseded.
