On March 19, 2025, the Board voted 5 to 0, to adopt this Notice of Seventh Emergency Rulemaking. These rules were adopted on an emergency basis while the previously approved proposed rules undergo publication and Council review before being finally adopted. The rules are necessary to immediately maintain and fine-tune previously adopted rules that were necessary both to protect public safety, health, and welfare in this area and to maintain consistency with current law. This emergency rulemaking will expire in one hundred twenty (120) days from the date of adoption, or on Thursday, July 17, 2025, unless superseded.
