On February 5, 2025, the Board voted give (5) to zero (0) to renew the Gateway/Langdon Park Moratorium Zone through by a vote of five (5) to zero (0). The Board notes that the Second Emergency and Proposed Rulemaking will remain in effect for one hundred and twenty (120) days, expiring June 5, 2025, unless earlier amended or superseded by a final rulemaking.
