On June 12, 2024, the ABC Board adopted the Langdon Park Moratorium Zone Notice of Emergency Rulemaking, by a vote of three (3) to zero (0), and it became effective on that date. This rulemaking serves to maintain existing limitations and conditions placed on certain licenses until the Board makes a determination on the ANC’s resolution to renew and rename the moratorium. The emergency rules will remain in effect for one hundred and twenty (120) days, expiring October 10, 2024, unless earlier superseded.
