A number of applicants and license holders have asked whether the holders of brew pub, distillery pub, and wine pub permits may only sell products they have produced themselves at their licensed facility in the District for off-premises consumption. The Alcoholic Beverage Control Board (Board) provides guidance in the following advisory opinion issued May 20, 2015.
