Eligible domestic and international visitors may purchase medical cannabis from any licensed Retailer in DC by registering for a temporary patient registration.
Visit myabca.dc.gov to register. Temporary patient registrations are digital and may be used immediately upon receipt.
If you are 21 or older and are enrolled in a medical cannabis program from a U.S. state or territory recognized below, you may provide that medical cannabis registration and an unexpired government-issued photo ID without additional DC registration.
